In addition the new On-line version of the Register is extremely easy and quick for subscribers to use and Management information will be availalbe to all subscribing organisations. If an issue arises concerning an interpreter then the complaints procedure will commence. Complaints will be dealt with as laid down in the Disciplinary Procedures (PDF, 35kb).
