| NRPSI Ltd has Disciplinary Procedures (PDF, 35kb) for listed interpreters. The National Register will deal with any complaint against a registered interpreter thought to be acting contrary to the Code of Conduct (PDF, 38kb). In the interest of natural justice, the National Register operates an open book policy; therefore the interpreter complained of will be made aware of the complaint and the complainant.
