If you have already applied to join the National Register please e-mail us for an update on your application. Before downloading the Application Form and Letter, please ensure you have read the Criteria for Entry and the Code of Conduct. You can apply to join the National Register at any time of the year. Applications take approximately 8 weeks to process but may take longer if:
All applications which meet the criteria are considered by the Selection Panel, which meets on a monthly basis. Each interpreter will be informed of the Selection Panel's decision (in writing) within two weeks of their application having been considered. An interpreter's application is valid for one year from the month they are accepted onto the Register. Each interpreter must renew their listing annually.
